Good morning, I have an issue with our Midtronics machine. When performing a vehicle system check, the display stays at the loading screen. Tried checking for and update but when checking, it says system error and logs out.
Good morning, I have an issue with the midtronics dca-8000. When installing the wireless update the system will perform update and start for looking for installed components. Then it will kick out of the update back to Home Screen. It will not let you charge or test batteries until update is completed
Software version 4.4.2
Tried different wifi, performed factory reset, as well as plugging in and out

DCA-8000 says update needed. I press Start update and displays a “Problem connecting to server” message. I tried restarting machine and wifi shows to be connected. Any help appreciated.
